3 Three Easy Steps To Increased Fitness With A Pedometer

Did you know that pedometers can help people increase their fitness and lose weight? The pedometer challenge is a fun way to do this. You will need a pedometer, some friends, and the following 3 easy steps:

1) Get moving! Pedometers track how much activity you do each day. If you want to win the pedometer challenge, make sure that your pedometer has an accurate reading on it so that you are able

2) Set goals! Work towards achieving your goal of 10k steps per day by setting small achievable goals. For example, if your goal is 10k steps per day for 30 days straight, then set smaller goals like 2-3 days at first with 4-5k steps per day, followed by days with around 12k steps per day. The key to succeeding in pedometer challenges is by setting achievable goals and following through with them.

3) Remember that everyone starts off as a beginner! Nobody was born an expert at taking daily steps; we all had to learn how over time. Set small fitness milestones for yourself every week and reward yourself for reaching them. For example, you might want to take a walk around your neighborhood after dinner each day with the family or go biking on Saturdays with friends. In the pedometer challenge, we mustn’t expect too much from ourselves initially and work our way up gradually over time!
