Los Angeles is a city of many faces. LA is a town that’s full of contrasts, and the LA food photographer has had to face them head-on. LA is a land where movie stars live in mansions next door to taco stands; this dichotomy can be seen through the lens of an LA food photographer. The LA food photographer must contend with harsh sunlight, long days in front of computer screens, and unhealthy diets – but they do it all for you!
Opening paragraph:
There are three main points I want to make about being an LA Food Photographer:
1) Harsh conditions make photography difficult. In LA, the weather is hot and sunny year-round. This means that LA food photographers have to deal with harsh lighting conditions every time they work on a project, whether in an underground parking lot or at an expensive restaurant.
2) Often, there isn’t much time to take photos. LA food photographers are usually on shoot-and-run missions. They must quickly take pictures of dishes at various LA restaurants and then move on to the next place without delay.
3) You will need healthy LA food photography equipment. LA is huge, and LA Food Photographers will need to go everywhere in it for work. This includes the suburbs, which can sometimes be tough to get to if you don’t have a car or other reliable transportation. LA photographers must always carry their LA camera equipment with them, so they are ready at any moment. LA Food Photographers must know how to use their LA camera equipment and edit photos on LA computers.
LA Food Photographers will need to be ready for anything in LA. They must always carry their LA camera equipment and edit photos on LA computers when required.
