The third eye chakra is located in the forehead, and it governs intuition, insight, psychic abilities, and imagination. This chakra is also referred to as the Ajna Chakra or brow chakra. It’s important to keep this third eye open to have a better sense of what your intuition may be trying to tell you. In order to do that, we must take care of our third eye by practicing some healing techniques to get a good third eye chakra healing experience!
In this article, I will talk about three simple steps which can help heal your third-eye chakra:
1) Meditation – use guided meditation videos with soothing music and nature sounds.
2) Yoga – practice yoga poses like downward dog or child’s pose. Also, try to find positions like the third eye pose and yoga mudras to help you open up your third chakra.
3) Diet – third eye chakra is associated with the color indigo, so foods that have a blue or purple tint like blackberries and eggplant can be your best friends to keep this energy center balanced.
The Third-eye chakra is located in the center of your forehead. It’s associated with intuition, clairvoyance, telepathy, and imagination. Opening the third eye allows all seven energy centers to start functioning correctly by balancing energies that are blocked or not flowing smoothly through our bodies.
